A bit overpriced @ $30/18walking BUT its in town and no driving so that has value. Plays @ 6,000 yds from the tips and is a older layout made for walking and you should to keep pace unless you like to wait sitting down. It took 4.5hrs to play and shot 81/33putts with my low irons getting a real workout and making me look good landing on the greens in the right place. My son hit the greens but with the many front pins, ALWAYS above the cup, he used 40 putts and wasn't happy. Good warm-up track to walk but don't be in a hurry because senior traffic rules here.
